New Menu diversified with BIO offers

Guests of our impressive TRITON restaurant can, as of the 16th of April, delight in a new menu prepared by our remarkable and internationally renowned head chef Michal Novák. As always he has prepared for you only first-rate gastronomical specialties, which are not only presented wonderfully but are a delight to savor.  Because we continuously improve and innovate our services, we have incorporated into our new menu dishes prepared solely from organic ingredients. Among these meals you can find delicacies such as Bio roast beef with baked eggplant caviar and carrot puree or Bio roast trout with steamed egg and spelt noodles all made from the highest quality organically farmed ingredients .
